I need an amp that is roughly around 1200-1600watts rms looks cool but is able to perform let's just say I just got my 275g4 back from orion and I am less than pleased with it's performance.IE:BLOWN AGAIN!!!!

1ohm and good price= Audiobahn 1800d they get around 2000rms. i haven't seen or heard any problems with this amp.they also have the 1200d which puts out 1400 a 13.6
there are a ot of companys that have 1200d and up. how much do you want to spend. i would tell you to get the new d2 but they arn't worth the price you could get the old one.

here is why orion said the amp blew again. My 5.2cu ft box is too big for my two ID ??? twelves and was causing them to go over Xmax therefore dropping the impeadence load far below 1ohm from my subs and effectivly sending the amp into protect but as it was going into protect it was already frying. ID also agreed and said i should resize the box to 4cu ft volume, ported does this sound right???

I'll be doing a head to head test hopefully within the next two weeks...
Two D2's against 2 Concept D2400's.
Both will be running at about a .7 ohm nominal load. Should be interesting... I've tried two D2's at that load with no problem, so I'm confident the D2400's can handle it.

just noticed that somebody was on the image dynamics team and one of my boys has two 15"s by image dynamics, that **** hits, hits hard as ****. i'm sick already, but i definately got a headache now, damn you corey
