Thor, Thumpin, jump in on this one. Yes, it is an excellent, relatively reliable, relatively inexpensive class D amp, that will put out rated power or a bit more than rated

It is a great amp and I havent heard of any probs. The company is made up really good people too, if you had a problem, they will definately help you.

I can't vouche for the SQ of the amp but I can tell you this I am running for of them in my drag car bridged to two 15's and they rock to the tune of 155-156. And even with my current stock 63 amp alt. they still pound out those numbes without kiling tha car with current draw. As far as reliability they are holding up strong for me and have withstood many hours of testing to find my resonant freq. Hope this helps.

Memphis 1000d is a very good amp...reliable company...great customer service...I've installed several, & only had one with a problem...due to low voltage problem (not really amps fault)...service dept. repaired, no questions asked...

Very good amps......just dont try and be a cheater and run in the 1-2 street class with one Sorry I had to say it...but yes very good amps from what I have seen.
