Will this amp push a single RF power DVC 15 wired down to 2 ohms bridged? And by push I mean rattle the doors off the car? (hopefully, cause it's not my car..hehe...hey wait, I want this setup too..)

I think so. I've tried it out on more heavily driven subs before and it sure played loud enough to get my hair shakin.

I'd have to agree.. go for the xs2500 that extra power makes all the difference in the world, but don't load it down below 2 ohms.. unless you like sending it out for warranty.. or are good with a soldering iron.. (I've blown the output mosfets in my 2500's too many times to count.. but then again i use to run it at 1.3 or 1 ohm sometimes) but it's getting to be routine to pull it apart out with the mosfets in with the new ones test them and keep the good ones for next time..

Well from what I hear those guys are right on.... You deffinitly want to spend the extra $100 on the Xs 2500... It will pay off.. You have a strong sub use it to its potential plus it has dual voice coils (diffenent setups???) So my advice Don't settle for less than the Xs 2500
