i was looking around and stumbled in to the rockford fosgate 25 to life power 1000 amp. a 5 channel amp. first i did not know rockford had a 5 channel amp. there is one thing i dont understand. it shows that the amp is doing 50 x 4 @ 4 ohms and 300x1 @ 4 ohms. but i then see that the ratings for 2 ohms are much higher. i guess my question is. is it possible to connect the mids @ 4 ohm load and the sub at a 2 or even 1 ohm load ? or does it all have to be at the same ohm load.???

Yes, You can run all four channels @ 2 or 4 ohm and the 5th or sub channel @ 2 or 4 ohm!
