Well guys, looks like I'm going to have about three or so more shows and only one more with my wall...no more traveling, dB drag has become my summer life and I am soon going to college soon and need to get out of the habit College is in Omaha and right in the middle of town and there are WAYYYY too many people hunting for free stereos there! There is no way that I'm keeping my wall in for college, If a huge show comes along, I'll throw the wall back in because it doesn't take much but I have decided to hold off on competitions til next season, I'm going to re-do my jank wiring in my car and get a REAL competition setup with my power setup and see if I can't raise the bar no... I'm not going to spend much more on my car again but we shall see!

I tried to go to MN this weekend but I got down the road about 2 hours and started falling asleep, my own fault of course, I mean, it's 12:30 right now so now I just missed three shows...

*Kissing finals goodbye*

I am going to S&K and whatever Metro decides to do and then off to prepare for next season.

*tear

Kyle

Sorry you couldn't make it man.....

On the wall at college - I did it all last year, you'll find most colleges have many cameras up there, which deter theives....

Theives also won't try to take your wall out of your car, and not many in a busy place like a campus will unscrew your subs (and use some funky bolts/screws for them to boot) - and for the amp(s) - bolt em in, cover em up, do as much as you can to make it hard, and you will be fine.....

Remember - theives basically want quick hits, and a wall isn't a quick hit, the kid with 2 12s in his trunk/hatch is the one that will get hit...

Thanks for the tip Thor! I also would like to have a back seat to take people places

But I'll think about that too!

I am staying at a new dorm that was just built and it's away from campus and I'm not sure that it's patroled that much by security is the only problem...

Thanks,
Kyle

They would still be able to puncture your woofers since they can't have them...

Hey Kyle....let's see if it will fit in my car....they can't be that different in size...

i don't know about anything being to safe, i am going to college and there has been 14 break-ins in the past 3 weeks and all of their stereo stuff was stolen, it seems to be someone that knows the people because 3 of the cars had alarms and yet none of them went off, wires were cut before my friend's 3 second relay on his alarm went off. and poof someone had a brandy new kickin system for what it cost for gas money to drive off with his ****.

so i'd be very careful who you tell about your stuff (alarm wires and such) if you have an alarm that is

That's my main problem, it's REALLY hard to keep a WALL a sectret!!! "Can you take us out? No... Why? I dont' have room in my car..." what am I supposed to tell someone then

I can keep a box a secret but a 400 pound wall will be known about by everyone after the first month

Man don't take it out cause of that, now mabye if you lived in the gettho and had no doors, but not for colledge. Make a wall after the wall. Like put a sheet of wood over the existing wall and cut small holes not over the subs but around and like ports that bend so they could not be ripped out or torn. then screw the wood in with security scerws. Then if they get it they can have it. And also get a alarm with proxcimmity senors that will catch anyone, and also a backup battery. This should keep you safe!
