we all know that u can wire a dvc sub up...to see an 8 ohm load...is it possible to wire up 2 4 ohm subs...to see an 8 ohm load...?? even if its only temporary...for a week or so??


let me know...

oh yeah....volfenhag sucks!!! had it hooked up to my jbl bp 600.1...and it fried within five minutes...so i got 2 4 ohm subs on it now...they handle 100 a piece...so i need to raise the impendance...


thanks guys...uve really been alot of help and have taught me alot...even just browsing thru the board...lol

From the positive output terminal of the amplifier, connect the positive terminal of one of the speakers. Connect the negative terminal (of the same speaker) to the positive terminal of the second speaker. Connect the negative terminal of the second speaker to the negative output terminal of the amplifier.

This is called a SERIES connection.
