I am thinking about running 0 guage power wire....i know it is overdoing it but i can get it for the same price as 4 guage retail.
I have a distrubution block... http://www.sounddomain.com/sku/STISANLFH0W
with an 80 amp fuse in it...
it accepts 0 guage but my amp(cadence A7) does not....What is the easiest way to deal with this?
Then after that i will need 1 ft of ground wire..
Thanks
AC

ok
the block takes 1/0 in ..and all you have to do is put 4awg out of the block or "fuse holder"..the A7HC takes UP TO 4awg size wire perfectly (might take a little effort to get it in there, but it will go)
i believe you can do this without a problem OR get a fused block that has 1/0 in and like 2 or 3 4awg outs

nevermind, i bought stuff today.. Merry Christmas to me!
Anyway, all i need now is the wire and about 2 hours to get the dang thick stuff through my firewall..
anyway, i found things that go from 0 to 4 and they will work perfect...
Thanks

just a tip - run the 1/0 UNDER your car...unless it's a low rider (then you will have problems) it makes it alot easier then running the stuff through the car and tearing it all to h3ll
