Do I have to worry about these outputs frying my amps? I have two rockfords.. I imagine 6.5 volts is the peak rating at full volume and im most likely looking at around 3-4 at reasonably high volumes. Just making sure... the RF amps take 4v

No you'll be fine. The rms voltage out of that thing will probably never be over 5 unless you reallly crank on it. I woundn't worry about a thing.

coming from the mouth of an Eclipse and RF Tech, " Premier has the best Preouts available, Ours don't even come close" I'm guessing from what i've heard it's either well over 5 volts or everyone else lies about that spec.
My 930 is way better off than my old Eclipse 55040 was with it's so called 8 volt preout was. The Eclipse increases with volume, not sure on the Premier.

I tested my preouts. My Premier 700r is listed as 4.8v max and it actually put out 4.5v max at volume 40. It put out 2v at volume 33.
