I was talking with Team 20hz in Toronto, and they told me the CV-Vega 124 only needs 1.5 cubic feet? I already have a ported box with 2.2 cubic feet per chamber....is that too much space?

Yes they are, Frankie knows his stuff, I don't know who you talked to, but they do work in 1.5-2.0cubes per sub, but the smaller box is for low power. 2.2 after all displacement is what it should come out to for the larger box, and that one works best no matter what, whether you got 50watts, or 500watts. I have to build a box for 2 of them for my g/f. C-V recommends about 12.54" of port, but I', going with a little more, probably 36, maybe more, tuned to 35hz.
