I think outta the 3 choices i'd go with the three perfect 12's just because i have heard not bad things about them in the past.
Just my 2 cents.

The perfects are 50/50 SQ/SPL.

I believe the HE2's are for SPL. I dunno much about Fosgate.

I think the HE2's are going to be louder but not sound as good. Three perfects will get plently loud though. mid 140's.

I'd go with the 3 12" he2's!!! I need to go to IASCA FINALS!! I wanna hear some of these "Good sq SUBS" that ppl are talking about... How can a sub sound good? I mean my 2 12" hx2's off the bd1500 ported to 35 htz sounds good to me and what not... and doing a 146.9db in my old car... sealed... from the trunk I was pretty happy I mean they can keep up with the double drum kicks from slip knot and mudvayne and the steady beats from ICP,TWIZTID, outkast... They hit every type of bass just fine to me!...
