I just recently connected my 4 channel amp with focal 2 sets of focal mids and tweets, and a 2 channel with 2 subs to my Audiocontrol EQX. Ever since i have added the EQX there is an audible buzzing noise always playing and is very audible when i am not playing my music. Is there something wrong my EQ, or maybe are wires touching? What do you guys think?

try makinga new ground... ive always found when people either make a new ground or ground the frame of the eq to metal etc that the noises go away..

I am a firm believer that that is AC noise. ie: caused by your Aucio Control! I have an EQL that refuses to shut up and have ran across a number of other EQLs and EQXs as well that seem to have no cure.
Oddly, the processors and EQTs have always avoided this problem for me.....

Well, perhaps that points to the crossover/EQ interaction in the EQX or channel crosstalk in both units?

I have an EQX and I get a slight alt whine with the engine running. It's a common problem, I might try ground the HU back in the trunk with the rest of the gear.
