the front will run the Inifinity tweets (8.5khz-20khz), rear will run 3.5" mb quarts(300hz-20khz, and the sub will run my 6.5" midbass Tang Band drivers(65hz-300hz).

mike doesn't know how to use either, but here are some ideas. To bandpass the mid and tangband, use both the xover in the amp and the xcover in the clarian, otherwise i don't think you'll have enough control. It should work, but will be a b*tch to get right.

That crossover is not a 3 way crossover in the truest manner. It is a two way crossover with two high passes.
For the midbass, as said above, you will need an extra crossover to get the high pass for it. The one on the amplifer won't work, because the lowest you can low pass the sub out is 250hz and you want 300hz. If you can live with 250hz, then use it to your mibass amplifier and hopefully your midbass amplifier can give you a highpass at 65hz. If not--you will need an additional crossover prior to this one. A simple two way will work. It would divide the signal into a low pass for your subwoofer, and a highpass (at 65hz) for your midbass. You would feed that high pass into the above crossover.
On the 3.5 mids, use the middle highpass. Set the dial on the left to 300hz, and adjust the level as you would an amplifier gain. Done.
On the tweets, use the top high pass. Set it on 400hz, and move the switch to x20. That will give you a high pass of 8000hz. You can't get to 8500hz on this crossover. It isn't flexible enough. Set your level as above.
To be honest--this thing does not do what you want it to. I would dump it and look for one that does do what you want it to do.
You need a true 4 way crossover. A low pass for your subwoofer. A bandpass for your midbass, at least a highpass for your midrange (although, once installed, I'd bet you will want that 3.5 bandpassed), and a high pass for your tweeter.

between dial 1 and dial 2 on the left 2ch-4ch front/rear input.
between dial 2 and dial 3 sum/rca sub input
thanks alot andy. i thought this would do what i needed, but i guess not. i dont want to get rid of it, but if its not gonna do what i need then i guess i could work around it.
if i cut a corner do you think i will be alright just running the 3.5 and the tweeter for right now.
or should i just stick with the Inifnity 6000cs and chuck it.

sorry dude, thought it'd do what you want, by the way, what deck are you running, might be able to use the two xovers built into a lot of tecks these days, would work really well if it was a highend pioneer. Then you could do what andy says and still retain the bass knob up front. If your gonna run a two way frond stage, i'd use the 3.5s in the kicks and the tangbands in the doors, and add the tweets at a later date.

It'll do that as long as you are ok with the 8000hz high pass on the tweeter (you can't get up to 8500hz).
Running active with a tweeter can be dangerous. You need to install a cap in line with the tweeter to protect it.
To be honest, you are not getting a benefit big enough to justify the wiring and complexity of adding this crossover.
I'd sell it, and look for the one you need. I don't think you will find what you need for cheap though. You'd probably do better (price wise) daisy chaining a couple of crossovers to get what you need. I've done it in the past, it is not all that hard. I used a Pioneer CD-625 and 635 to give me a low pass, bandpass for the midbass, bandpass for the midrange and a highpass.
