I have a orion psw 300 that I've had since the fugger hit the market, ie: I've had it for ages.

Anyways, I lost the manual for it and have no clue what the brown and blue wires are for, I think one is for illumination but have no clue what the other is for. Red and black wires are pretty much common sense as far as what they are for.

So if anyone wants to take a stab at what they are for...feel free.

btw, the pdf manual file on Orion's site for the psw 300 says nothing about what the wires are for...what kind of **** is that? [Confused]

brown is illumination, blue is remote turn on, i think i am right, but don't trust me cause i've never seen or heard of that piece, damn i hate being so young, lol.

the best thing you can do is email them. and if they dont know. then sorry.

you can do a search on google.com and im sure youll turn up something.

done both...been about a week with no response from Orion Tech support....and google only turns up the pdf file I mentioned.

I have the manual for mine but I am the shop right now but I will post the wire diagram for you either later tonight or tomorrow for you. It is funny that i saw this because I just dug mine out the other day. Either way i will post it for you in the next 24 hours.

okay here is the wiring:

Brown: ground
Red: 12v+
Blue: trigger
the other two wires that are in the sleeve are for the illumination and the red is 12v and the black is ground.
