I've got a RF Symmetry EPX2 with the 28-band EQ card. A couple of the LED light on the spectrum analyzer on the EQ card don't work for some reason. I can't get any answers from RF, and I really wanna get this fixed. Anyone know where I can get it fixed or if I can just buy a new LED module and install that?

same thing happened with mine,it took them 3 times before they got it right, and when they did they forgot to put the screws that hold the rcas stable.so back again for a 4tyh time.they stripped out all the screw hole by useing wrong screws.i took it apart to mess with the ground and massive plastic came out every hole.could not put it back together.this was 2 days before a show.the manager of thew store was dumbfounded by there attemps to fix the unit.so he sold me a new one for 300.00 bucks its still in my car from last season.the fixed one is still in the box.i wonder if its really fixed this time.i run rf amps and im sorry abouyt it.that experience ruined my thoughts of r.f. I bought an EPX2 from a friend and have had problems with it...when he pulled it out the original cable from the unit to remote got messed up so I just got a network cable and used that. Well when I power it up the lights on the unit itself will light up but nothing on the remote comes one. Also, no sound passes through...
I know it worked in his truck, because I heard it, but maybe something got messed up when he pulled it out...
Any ideas?

If you used the wrong cable you may be in for repairs. I think it is rj6 cable not sure but need to look in the book. You also may need to setup the system using auto setup. There are two inputs a and b. Try the other input or switch it on the rdat. Trust me sometimes it is a simple problem. I replaced my cable once and that dfixed my problem. Another time the rdat failed. Another time the eq card failed. There is also an internal fuse of 3 amps on the remote or power supply. Do you have a manual?
