I just bought a new clarion deck and I'm not sure about wiring it as I've never done it myself before. Anyhow I'm running everything off my amps so I'm not using any deck power. Does this mean I only have to wire my power wire, remote and ground??

Stupid question I know- but is 12V switched (acc) your constant/memory wire?? And do I have to wire my ground wire from my deck to factory harness ground wire, or can I just ground my ground wire from deck? (hope that made sense!)

Yes. Your 12v switched goes to acc and switches the unit on and off with the ignition. The constant provides memory for time, presets and etc. Put your ground someplace else DO NOT use the stock ground. It could go anywere and could cause ground noise.
