I got it off ebay, and he said he never entered 1, so what do i do?

send it to kenwood and tell them that the cd isnt working, they will reset it and clean it

so all i have to do is have them send it in and tell them that it doesnt work, they will reset the code and i they will do that.

I went ot a local store and they took out the code, but there is now another problem, the cd player shows the title of hte disc, but there is no sound coming out of hte speakers, and yes they are hooked up, what do i do?

If the speakers are running directly from the HU, one of them might be grounding out. Go through and check each speaker. If you disconnect one of them and sound comes back, then you will know that is the problem.

I knew someone was going to say check the speakers, and thats why i put down that it is not the speakers. I figured out the problem, i dont know what i did but i fixed it.
