Reading through the manual it seems I cannot fade from front to rear in "advanced mode". Which is the mode I am in. I do use some features from advanced mode which I would like to keep. I end up turning up the system and the rear speakers distort because they are deck powered with no crossover going for them.
Should I buy one of them resistors and solder in a filter?
Or is there any other way to fade them?
This deck sounds better then the Alpine 9835, but it doesn't have a few features the Alpine had that I did like. (Mute button, pause button, fading controls, the steering wheel control unit from PAC worked perfect, and I am having issues with mine). Maybe I should go out and buy a new deck...also the face doesn't remove...and when the face flips you actually have to hit the button again to close the face. It is just got 101 little things to whine about doesn't it. Haha end rant.
