i just got my avh-p7480dvd installed today and it doesnt wanna play my burned vcd's. is there something i am doing wrong when burning them or will it not play burned vcd/dvd's? i use nero for burning.

they have to be burned in ISO 9660 format, found it out by messing with my nero program.

How do you change the format to ISO 9660?

i dont use the wizard, thats one clue. turn off the wizard, then select new under file. it should pop up a different style window than the wizard one. click video cd, make sure NTSC is checked, then click the ISO tab, choose iso 9660, and you should be good. you can play with the header and footer text to say what you want when you are menu searching it shows up on the screen! i still havent figured out all the things nero can do NOR my dvd player [Big Grin]
