Hopefully, youll get the charges dropped down to Use. But i have one question.

WHY YOU SMOKING?!?! It ruined my life. Now i have all this EXTRA money to build extreme vehicles and such, and its something i can do in my spare time that DOESNT get me use/possesion/distribution/manufacture tickets.

Im happier without the ****.

BTW - if you dont use, dont hang out with people who do. obviously this kinda **** happpens alot. Everybody has some story like this one.

I was outside my friends house .... cops came ... i didnt even smoke it .... you gonna eat that cornbread??

because of your cooperation? Sorry...they're straight up lying to you. They had NO evidence to charge you with anything. You coulda told them to screw off pretty much and still come out the same in the end.

And Joel...sorry if it ruined your life, it doesn't do it to everyone (i know people with master's and one with a doctorate who smoke and do quite well for themselves). If it did to you, that's too bad...but that's not the case with everyone. if you were smoking enough weed that when you quit you had all this extra money to build your extreme vehicle you were probably smoking a bit much for "normal" use. Me? I used to smoke everyday and would pass all my electrical engineering/upper mathematics classes, i wasn't overly lazy...i quit last semester and my grades dropped. Found out why tho, I have ADD apparently and the weed allowed me to concentrate on the tasks at hand better...now i have medication and my urge to smoke is greatly decreased. But i don't see anything wrong with smoking...

if you have an abuse problem get help...be it alcohol or weed or whatever, but don't tell other people they can't/shouldn't do it because you had a medical problem with it (not pointing fingers, just a generalization).

anway, don't wanna get too OT on this (just had one closed in OT actually heeh) so i'll leave it at that [Smile]

shoulda let em bring it to court...even a public defender shoulda been able to get that charge dropped.

but i've been in your situation before (and they DID have reason to arrest me) so i know that you just wanna get it over with and get out (that and your "friend" pretty much pissed on you...least my friend tried to talk the cops into taking the small bit i had and putting it with his stuff that he had). I don't blame ya...mine's off my record as well

As long as those cigars had teh original filling they really couldn't have done anything to you. Cops have a way of lying/intimidating people into thinking they do unfortunately.

Glad to hear you got it squared away though [Smile]
