It was getting really busy in installs one day and i went back to help. I was helping the installer on an amp in a nice green truck. He was running the power wire while i ran the rca's on the other side. Once he got the power through the firewall i proceeded to hook up the fuse and everything. I tightened on one of those nice brass gm adapters too tight and the threaded shaft broke off in the battery! we tried everything to get it out but ended up buying the guy a new battery. it was fun.

Oh, another one! I was drilling into a firewall to run some big power wire and thought i had a clear shot through, but, i ended up drilling off a tiny piece off of a gas line! we waited for the gas to stop running (we were on a slight downhill slope) and fixed it. It was also fun.
