Well, here is a funny story for you all. This past week I have been attempting to get ready for SBN. I needed some money to show up first. That didn't show up so yeah, i'm sitting in good ol' Minnesota freezing my butt off wishing i was in sunny florida competing. Then last night I was out driving around listening to my music(in a town about 40 miles away from my house). and all of a sudden i get a huge engine whine and my lights go really dim and the stereo shuts off. ok, I'm thinking the alt is shot. So I take off and head home. All the time the lights are blinking and when i put on my break the car just about shuts off. I get home, worried its my alt that's fried and have to replace it again, well, it turns out that the ground wire for the battery had slipped out of the connecting ring and well, the car was basically running off of just the alt alone. oops
