I HAVE BEEN LOOKING FOR A REMOTE FOR MY ALARM AND CANNOT SEEM TO KNOW WHERE TO PICK ONE UP AT I TRIED A DEALER AND THEY SAID CLIFFORD WAS BOUGHT OUT AND THAT IT WAS A 2 YEAR OLD ALARM THAT THEY WOULDNT DO IT, WELL ALL HELP WOULD HELP THANKS.

I bet the dealer simply was not willing to help. Even though they were bought out, they are still in business and most likely will continue to support their product already in use. Try contacting them directly.

I tried them directly and they told me i had to do threw a dealer. that is how i got the dealers number.

Call/e-mail them back. Tell them the whole story about the dealer not wanting to help. Ask them if the remote is indeed available. Tell them that you are a loyal customer, and intend to stay that way, if only you could get this minor problem resolved. Communicate in a friendly/professional, yet firm manner, and you should get some results.
