Well, I am doing some troubleshooting on my alarm I installed a little over a year ago. It worked just fine until just recently, but now I think it's causing the vehicle to shut off and not start randomly. Unfortunately, we got a new puppy last summer, and somehow he found his way into a box of important stuff and chose my installation manual to chew on. Needless to say, there isn't much left of it. I found the user manual on Clifford's website, but does anyone know where I may be able to find the install guide to run me through which wires are which again. It's been sometime since I did it and could really use the help. Thanks!

Josh

OK, checked everything out, and from what I can tell, all the wires still look fine. No shorts or exposed wires or loose connections.

Here's the issue:

I went on vacation last summer and apparently left my interior light on. It killed my battery. I jumped the car and it ran fine for about a week. Then one day it just stalls while driving. The starter turns over but it doesn't even attempt to start, sounds like no fuel or spark. So I get it towed back to my house. I give it a week and it starts right up and drives fine. Take it for a spin and nothing seems wrong at all. Go home and get ready for work and then leave again and it dies 2 blocks from my house with the same issue. Now it seems like whenever it runs for more than 20mins-30mins it will randomly die and then won't start for a couple days to a couple weeks. Does this sound like a possible alarm issue? Thanks for the help!

BTW, when the car runs, it runs great no stuttering or any odd sounds or anything.
