I just installed my alarm on a new vehicle. Before I took it off the old car, the transmitter was broken, but I had used the valet button disarm feature before. After installing it in the new vehicle, I cannot get it to disarm via the valet button... Is there some other way? Could my button be broken? WTF?!

Need to know what kind of alarm it is.And does the alarm have the ign. line connected correctly?

sorry just saw the kind of alarm. make sure that the alarm is connected correctly to the ign. line in the car if not it won't let you disarm it.
