Well I have an 03 cts in the bay came in late for a rem start so the customer was well informed it will stay overnight. One minor problem - The immobilizer is a passkey III + which is a transponder based system. I know it can be bypassed using a 457g i believe but all i have is the 556uw which should also work. One problem I can't pull the lower steering column cover off as it is attached to the key hole part of the ignition cylinder. I was wondering if anyone has used the 556 on this vehicle before and knws any tricks to it. I was thinking possibly removing the key ring and using the 556 by wiring it into the antennas wiring coming form the ign cylinder to the ecu. I have located information telling me what wire this is but I don't know if it will work on this vehicle as in the past I have only known that to work on foreign vehicles (audi, bmw, etc) Please let me know if you have any tips!
