i have heard that this is possible but didnt want to try experimenting different ways on my truck and messing up my door code entry. does anyone know how i could get it to work with my alarm or if it is actually possible. Thanks

DEI is wise enough not to have a physical disarm wire on the alarms. How easy would it be to defeat a alarm if you just needed to ground the green wire? That's gone in 60 seconds BS.

What controls are available from the keypad?

Scytek alarms have an external neg disarm, but its in a seperate harness, so if ur not using it u just dont hook up that harness, making it impossible for theives to use that as an option. On the other hand if u do use it, as long as u wire yo **** right and make it nice an pretty all electrical taped, etc, ghrounding that wire to disarm would probably be the MOST difficult way of circumventing the alarm.

its just a thought havent looked into it but could you possibly get a another fob and solder a wire off the keypad and send a pulse to it if the key pad has a pulse for arm and another for disarm, or use relays the make the contacts of the remote to connect like u actually pushed the butto, run the wires through the door boot to the fob mounted somewhere so you could acces it to replace batts?or do the same as the arm diss for power also? prob a few resistors and such.. would be cool if you could figure it out

That will work.
