Does anyone know if any company makes a battery kill switch. So instead of setting an alarm you would just hide this switch somewhere and disable the battery whenever you leave the car. If you know of anything like this or know of how to wire this up please let me know. Thanks for the input.

I dont know if this is exactly what your looking for, but I'd suggest doing a starter kill. You can do it with a hidden switch, but it would be cool to get more creative, ie, substitute the switch. You could put a pressure sensitive switch under the carpet by your feet where only you know where it is, and you could step on the spot to start it, or go through the cig. lighter, push it in to start, out to kill it. Anything is possible, just get creative, all youll need is a switch and a relay. This would be considered the poor mans alarm, but works just as well as ones controlled electronically. Besides most thieves look for an alarm brain and not a cig lighter.

So would you wire this through the ignition or do you tap straight into the starter? I am not too familiar with alarms, sorry if this seems like a stupid question.
