im looking to buy a alarm with the keychain display of the car. so it alarms you when your alarm goes off. just wondering if anyone could name me some good ones to buy online at good prices.

The DEI systems are the only ones worth a dahm. You can find them on ebay as low as $250.

DEI - Viper, Clifford all awesome. Mine (clifford) works great. Are you looking for the pager, or with an actual cartoon car on it? You can get either.. you just have to find the model.

fm paging, alarm, remote start, keyless, lots of extras. i got the 2005 and 2006 on my vehicles. both work great. real time paging up to a mile away.

you can usually find them on ebay for like $200

if done right that is all you will need.

We have been happy with the Compustar units.

The MOST important factor w/ any security system is the installation.

Be sure someone who knows what their doing does the work, otherwise a top of the line unit becomes a POS.

Compustar huh!?!? That or clifford is what I'm considering. Which one holds up better in extreme temps(below freezing!!)

Prestige-City tough, or the new viper that came out. The city tough works well and isn't that expensive. It's got the paging, remote start, display of a car. Its pretty decent
