i have a pair of MTX 10' Legends in a 4th order bandpass enclosure. I have 1 Alpine MRV 1000 bridged 4 ohms to each sub. Two subs, two amps , one box. How do I adjust the amps so that they are sending the same amount of power to each sub. I'm assuming I need a multimeter set to voltage dc at the positive and negative power inputs? Or do I check at the speaker outputs? I don't know.
HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks. KLW designs

The subs are sealed in the enclosure. Would it be the same at the amp terminals? Should I use VDC across or amps through the meter?? How do I get a constant reading, won't it fluctuate with the music ?

yeah, test them at the end of the speaker cables... first, I'd test the cables themselves and make sure you're getting the same resistance... just because 2 pieces of cable are the same length doesn't mean they let the same amount of signal flow, then just test them at the neg and pos terminals on the subs...

or just get a bigger amp (j/k)
