hi are there any holes that are unused in the ranger? i have my 0 awg underneath right now. and i may try to go through the firewall but i dont wanna search. so could you tell me if there is one, or tell me where i could drill one. the ranger is a 2001 xtra cab. thanks.

if it's an automatic transmisson, there is a big plate that you can drill through where the clutch cable and master cylinder would go, if it's a manual, look under the dash, on the driver's side of the clutch (left if your lookin out the windshield, there are two big plastic plugs with a sh!tload of wires goin through em, in between these wires and the clutch, you can drill about a 1" hole, if you need pics of what i'm talkin about, I can run out to my truck and take a quick pic of it
