I am looking to do my install myself this time and I want to make my amp rack nice and flush like and also kinda SUNK-IN under some plexi-glass. Will this be too hard for me to complete? I know how to wire things up and install stuff but not familiar with doing custom work. Also how would I hide all the wires on the amp rack? One other thing I wanted if I can get it lookin good is a small neon light to make the amp rack look good under the plexi glass.

I would suggest getting a bunch of magazines and looking at all the installs in them. You will get tons of ideas on how to make things look good, work right, and last a long time. I would also look into some of the videos that select products and a bunch of other places sell. The quality of these videos are getting better all the time! You CAN do it, it'll just take you a bit longer than a pro installer, and that's ok, your not PAYING a pro installer!!

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...
