I always read that it's good to do the "Big 3" Im trying to decide what size wiring to get. I was thinking about 1/0 gauge. Will going with a bigger size wiring give you electrical problems?

no. go with the biggest wire you can afford. Bigger is better, and it will help the electrical system. it's not going to hurt it.

ok so 0 gauge would be best?

This might sound stupid but... isn't 1/0 gauge "0 gauge" wiring? just trying to verify.

Yes that's right 1/0 gauge is 0 gauge. Using the big wire wouldn't hurt. It will help the electrical flow eazy without straining.
