does anyone know how much wattage a standard Bosch 12V 30amp relay will effectivly transfer without losses?

it's for running 1 amp to 2 seperate subs at different times. I don't want to hard wire(unplug and plug in again to the other one) I want it all electronic. any other ideas?

As long as you don't go over the current rating I think you will be fine. I don't think there is a power rating for them, they shouldn't cause any noticable losses to signal level.
