Hoe do you think 2 Aluminum 12s in small sealed each on a RF bd1500 would sound for SQ? Also can I expect decent SPL from this setup? The car is a 98 Civic 4 door and the subs will be fired forward through the fold down back seat.

I had the first generation aluminum 12" when they first came out. They didn't offer a DVC, just the single 6 ohm sub.
Mine was in a 1^3 sealed enclosure. I was giving it about 700 RMS from a US Amps 300x. I had all sorts of problems with it. The cone came seperated from the VC one time. The glue melted all around the surround. Also some other various problems. This was the first generation of the sub though so I did expect problems and I doubt you will encounter any of those.
As for SQ, it was great. Damn that sub had some excursion on it! For SPL mine wasn't too great in the trunk of a Cutlass Supreme, but the seats didn't fold down either.
I would prob go with the aluminums again if I wanted a nice mix of SQ and SPL.

1.5-2 cubes a piece and i think you'll be overjoyed...excellent SQ/SPL/LFE....beat the hell out of em...they love it ...hehehe..nah, but they'll be pretty happy with that power...
btw, smallest i'd go is 1.25 cubes

They charge a small fee to cover the cost of printing the ticket, but you can also download and print the ticket yourself. When you board the plane, you are given a seat, four bolts, a wrench and a copy of the seat-HOWTO.html. Once settled, the fully adjustable seat is very comfortable, the plane leaves and arrives on time without a single problem, the in-flight meal is wonderful. You try to tell customers of the other airlines about the great trip, but all they can say is, "You had to do what with the seat?"

Any predictions on SPL? I know its hard to be really accurate, but give or take 5 db.

the boy that bought my eclipse has it in a 94 jimmy and the gains nor eq are "tuned", but with his bass on his hu at 0, he hit a 132.4 on the dash in a 1.9cuft box that i think needs to be smaller

I had that same car, and after 3 different box designs, I found the best position is the subs facing the rear. I gaind 1.5 db just by turning the box around.

I would do a Cadence A7HC or a MMATS amp for those 12" drivers. They will be tight and accurate however I believe that RF will give you more power. I use one 15" Aluminum Eclipse on a USamps 2000x at 8ohms of course (1000watts) and it gives me good amounts of SPL and great SQ
