The best bet is to make your own or have someone custom make them for the drivers you are using. A pre-built passive will have to have major compromises to work with many different drivers. A custom built passive will be built only for your drivers and should have no compromises. For best results a passive should have Zobel networks and attenuation for the tweeter things you can't do without knowing the specific drivers being used. I know Madisound has a passive crossover design service and they carry Dynaudio and ScanSpeak so they should be able to help. www.madisound.com

Nod to jc2. Might want to ask Audiophyle and/or SS for more ideas/plans on cross-over design and building them.
It may be worthwhile to e-mail both Scan Speak and Dynaudio and ask them if they sell cross-overs for their drivers.
Parts Express may have something, being that they sell Dynaudio, Morel, Vifa, Scan Speak, etc. Not sure though, but they've always answered my e-mails. Same with The Zeb - they sell Dynaudio, but might have some leads or tips for the right x-over for both your drivers.
