Just wandering how a pair of 8" mid-bass speakers would sound if I put them into the rear deck? Originally I was going to put them into the doors of my mustang, but since Iv found that the doors are the best location (kicks are out of the question) for my two pairs of mb quart 5 1/4's (a pair in each door) that really only leaves the rear deck for them or I can customize my dash so that I can mount the mid-bass onto the top of it, space permitting.

One last question, would there be a major sound diff. if I was to leave out the mid-bass' and just use the 2 pairs of 5 1/4's and a pair of 6x9's in the rear deck?

You can install them under the dash if there's room, or if there's any room under the seats.

You can always to a 3-way on each door [Cool]

If you are going for imaging etc in your system you will need the midbass up front w/the rest of the drivers. Put them in the doors and use only one pair of 5 1/4's, thats what I'd do if I cuoldn't do kicks.
