Im going to start building a system in my wifes car soon, the car is a 2005 toyota corolla.
This is the system i plan on useing....
H/U Eclipse AVN5435 or AVN5500, EQ Eclipse EQ2102 30 band, speakers Hybrid Legatia63 for the front stage, 3-10'' subs (prototypes right now) on the back dash IB, Lunar amplifiers 4-L2125
I will have one L2125 on the L1 tweeters and another on the L3 midrange. Then have one L2125 on the L6 and then have the last L2125 on the three tens
So what do you guys think, i have the amps and the eq and the subs will be here soon. Is this a good SQ setup?

Beautiful stuff there. The only weak point is the EQ since it does common left/right adjustments...and that is being super picky.
Should be sweet!

yes LUNAR is still around just likes to stay a small company. i find the products always peform better that way. but thats just me, i love theses amps. really SQ built product.
the reason im going with the eclipse eq is because i aready have it. i think in the future i might change to something else like a AUDIOCONTROL product.

I would change to something like the H700/701 before that...you'll get a 4 way XO and time alignment...and the EQ.

You are definitely pro in every organization. In IASCA you could choose between Pro-Street and Pro Ultimate. Street you have to do 135db at the driver's head and do RTA (with no changes between those two), the install requirements are more basic. Ultimate you have no RTA or SPL, but install is more difficult.
MECA--it depends on how your system is installed. Every speaker in stock location except one pair of tweeters and the subwoofer with a "basic" install and you can be in Stock +. More complicated install or kickpanels (or HLCD's) and you are in Modified +. Cut metal and you are in Custom +. If you choose you can be in Master class.
The only caveat being I don't think just working for a manufacturer makes you go Expert/Master class---as long as you own the vehicle. That may have changed this year, but I don't think so.

It would give you Left and Right independency, but like Winslow said if you are going to upgrade get an H701 and be done with it.

well im not going to use the ECLIPSE eq, im going to talk to kenny and see if he could build me a PROCESSOR. so now im undesided about H/U, what would be a good one to use (double DIN).
