I'm wondering what your guy's opionions are on the SQ of the type s. It's a 12" and going to be in a vented enclouser. Just wondering what you still think the SQ of it would be.

never heard the sub, but if you vent it you should plan on tuning low to avoid a large peak anywhere from 40-65hz. The ported boxes I've made I tune to 20hz.

Yeah it's an Alpine Type-s. Now I have two 12"s.. So I shouln't tune the ported box over 40hz? I guess won't be much good with rock. [Frown]
