The midbass is stuffing up my centered image from the Kicks. The crossover is set to play now from 250Hz to 60Hz with the kicks going from 250Hz and up. And the midbass are in the doors facing each other. I do have a center console as well.
With the midbass off, the image is centered. With the midbass on I get a shifting of the centre toward the left. I also drive on the Right coz I live in Australia.
The weird thing is the Biasing toward the left. Wouldn't the midbass pull to the right due to the speaker on the right being closer??
The other funny thing is that when I stick my head in the middle of the car It sounds centred. Am I getting some weird form of cancellation in the car??
If so would angling be beneficial to me?
I've checked the phases and all and tried playing the mids out of phase as well... and sounded just like that (out of phase). I've tried everything with phasing and crossovers but nothing really has made the sound to come from the center like the kicks by themselves.
Any Suggestions Please??

have you tried just one speaker out of phase? I wouldn't suspect a mid bass driver cutting off that low to cause you any problems like that, unless the driver on the opposite side of the car is playing a whole lot louder than the one on the other side. Maybe you should disconnect all the other speakers in the system temporarily and just listen to those mids and see if the one is louder than the other. If that's the case, you could have a bad channel in the amp, or, if the amp has separate gains for each channel they may not be properly balanced.

If it dont fit, force it... if it breaks, it needed to be replaced anyway...

Could it be that your leg is blocking the output from the midbass causing the speaker in the door to be louder because it is not blocked? If you sit in the backseat and stick your head between the front two seats and it is centered and "perfect" the phase wouldn't change when your back in the drivers seat. You may want to move your midbass to prevent the blocking. Just a thought.
