Hi i recently purchased a Term Lab Usb and i would like to know how to calculate the freq of a vehicle using term lab .

I also have a JL audio 12w3d6 anyone know what the maxium spl one can achieve with this sub in a golf 4 .

I have found in the No-Wall class, you play 2-hz below what it says your peak frequency is!

play track 19 on the db jams CD - it's a sweep [Smile] then read off and see where you peaked.

Yes and the frequency it says you peak at; play two hz below that!

The sweep tells me 41 Hz, and i'm loudest at 41 Hz. But i ran the sweep maxed out, just like the sinewave.

I know that my said 49 for peak and i have a no-wall setup and that is wre i burp it at.If i go one or two hz's down i drop.

Thanks guys i have got the db jams cd and did a sweep ,i peaked at 43
I tryed runing at 2 lower but it drops ,i ran at 43 and it was the best.
