My TL is telling me after almost 4 year of usage that I now have to initialize the interface. I have called

1-800-655-0010 ( out of service!)
Order Line: 800-655-0010 (no answer)
Office Line: 512-377-1055 (no answer)
208-773-3371 ( no answer )

Wayne, what number do I call to get the code to get started again?

Sorry for the inconvenience.

You cannot call the 800 number from Japan.
The 208 number is old and is no longer in service.

The 512-377-1055 number is the correct number.

Due to the time difference between the US and Japan, it is best to email me at wharris@termpro.com
