Is this a Term-LAB.NET system or a Term-LAB USB system? The Term-LAB.NET system has 4 Sensor input jacks on the back.

If the system is a Term-LAB.NET system, you must also install the USB "key". This device is green and plugs into the USB port on your computer.

You can view all of the Term-LAB documentation at http://www.termpro.com/term-lab/index.asp

I would recommend that you start at the very beginning and install everything as described in the manual. Also, the version of Term-LAB you are installing is very old. You should download and install the latest version.

Your web broswer settings are too restrictive. Please set up the Termpro.com website as a "trusted" site in your browser's security settings.

If the timer doesn't count down when you press start, then the USB chipset on your computer is not compatible with Term-LAB. Chipsets made by SIS and ALI are defective.

Please review the troubleshooting documents here to determine what type of chipset you are using.

The good news is that the computer "sees" the interface box and it is responding. You should still be able to activate your meter, even if the USB chipset isn't working properly.

Please email me your serial number (wharris@termpro.com) and the name you used to register and I will email you your activation code. Your SN is displayed on the screen when Term-LAB asks you for an activation code.
